After completing registration online or over-the-phone, you must make your MyRedCross account online to begin the theory training. Make sure it is the same email you have attached to your registration, as that is how the instructor for the skills day can see you have completed the online part, and that your certification will be emailed to the same email of registration and your Canada Red Cross account.
You will get a temporary certificate from Mainland Safety that proves you took and passed one of our courses, but will not receive the actual Canadian Red Cross certification until 5-10 business days after course completion, which will be online through the email registered with Mainland safety and Canadian Red Cross.
Mainland Safety Training Company offers the Canadian Red Cross program and certificate, which is valid through every province and territory in Canada.
